Guess who's got two thumbs and an awesome new scanner!?

After graduating I find myself at a standstill. I want to go back to school but that requires beau-coup moo-lah and am festering with the need to create something epically artistic....or as epic as my skill level will allow....which is probably along the lines of creating a really delicious looking sandwich XD
I have also come to the realization that drawing via tablet is a bitch. :/
As I prefer pencil and paper I will be investing in a scanner....soon...I hope x.x

Favourite genre of music: the majority of the music I listen to is alternative.
Favourite style of art: watercolor, acrylics, pastel, pencil, pen...
Operating System: um...Windows XP?
